Homemade 3 Step Facial

There really is nothing like putting a natural product on your face. From the joy of making it, to knowing exactly what you are putting on your face, there is something very special about it that connects you back to the beginning of female beauty. Women from many countries have long known the benefits of using natural ingredients on your face, and now you can too.

This recipe was given to me by my beautiful friend Nilsa. When I first met her I thought she was my age, until she later mentioned hers. I couldn’t believe it. I asked her what she does and this is the regime she gave me. Use these 3 masks at least once a month to give your skin a super charge and natural glow.

 

FACE MASKS

 

1. OPEN YOUR PORES

– First, Get a bowl of hot water and soak a towel in it. Making sure it’s not too hot, place the towel on your face to open up your pores.

2. PREPARE YOUR MASKS

– Mask #1         – 3 tablespoons organic brown sugar

–  2 tablespoons fresh organic lemon juice

Mix together until you get a paste.

– Mask #2

– 3 tablespoons plain organic greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons raw oats

– a few drops of lemon juice

Mix together until you get a paste.

– Mask #3

– the white of one raw egg

– a few drops of lemon juice

Beat with a fork until it becomes frothy and fluffy.

 

3. APPLY YOUR MASKS

-Apply Mask #1 and lightly rub on your face in circular motion to exfoliate the skin. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off.

– Apply Mask #2 and let it sit on your face for 15 minutes. Maybe sit back and have a cup of tea while you wait and relax. Rise off.

– Apply Mask #3 and let it sit on your face until you start feeling it dry and tighten. This mask gives your skin a high dose of protein and tightens your skin!

Finally, with your same hot towel, wipe final mask off to reveal your new skin.
